Boil 5 min to make syrup:
2 1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 c water
3 cinnamon sticks
In a large bowl add:
24 cloves
one sliced orange
one sliced lemon
1 can chunk pineapple with juice
1 large can Maraschino cherries with juice
1 tsp orange bitters
Pour syrup over juice
add 1 c Bourbon
Let sit in refrigerator
To serve: Put 2 TBS juice and 1 jigger Bourbon over ice.
Add fruit and 2 TBS club soda

Blueberry Sangria
1 Bottle Blueberry Cider (Whole Foods)
1 Bottle Riesling
1/4 Cup Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar (Blue Sky Oil and Vinegar Shop)

Mint Punch
1 small can orange juice concentrate
1 small can lemonade concentrate
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
handful mint leaves
Bring sugar and water to boil.
Pour over mint leaves and steep until cool.
Strain and mix with juices concentrates.
To serve; use about 3 Tbs of juice in large glass; fill rest
with sprite; add a sprig of fresh mint.

6 quarts water
4 quart size tea bags
1 cup sugar
2 12 oz cans frozen lemonade
concentrate, thawed & undiluted
Fresh mint leaves
Lemon slices
Bring water to a boil and add tea bags.
Remove from heat; cover and let stand 20 min.
Add sugar and lemonade concentrate, stirring until dissolved.
Add mint leaves.
Serve over ice; garnish with more mint leaves and lemon
slices.

1 tsp whole cloves
Simmer for 15 minutes.
