Cornbread


Preheat oven 400 F

1 cup stone ground cornmeal
1 cup self rising flour
2 Tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk
2 beaten eggs

Combine dry ingredients.
Mix in oil, buttermilk and eggs.
Bake for 20 min. in a greased iron skillet.
