PORK & CABBAGE SOUP
1 lb lean boneless pork cubed 1 Tbs oil
1 can tomato soup 1 can beef broth
2 cans of water
1 small head shredded cabbage (4 cups)
1/2 chopped onion 1/4 cup dry sherry
1 tsp salt dash pepper
1/2 tsp paprika 1 bay leaf
sour cream
Brown pork in 4 quart dutch oven in oil.
Add ingredients except for sour cream.
Bring to boil and simmer for 40 min. until pork is tender.
Serve with salt & pepper to taste with a dollop of sour
cream.
