Fried Rice

1/4 to 1/2 cup diced pork, chicken, or shrimp
1/4 cup each celery, carrot, onion
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp soy sauce
1 egg, beaten

Heat 2 Tbs oil in wok.
Cook vegetables. Add meat, rice, and seasons.
Make a whole in middle.
Add 1 Tbs oil.
Cook egg till it begins to set, then stir into rice.
