Tunafish Salad

1 large can solid white tuna packed in water
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
3 stalks celery chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped stuffed olives
2 to 3 Tbs mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until served.
