Ginger Lemon Pudding Cake

1 1/3 cups flour 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup light molasses
3 tsp baking powder 1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 of 6 oz can frozen lemonade
1/2 tsp ginger concentrate, thawed
1 1/2 cups boiling water

Combine first 6 ingredients.
Combine the water, molasses, and oil.
Stir into dry ingredients.
Turn into ungreased 8x8x2 inch pan.
Combine remaining brown sugar, lemonade and boiling water.
Pour carefully over batter in pan.
Bake in 350 F oven for 40 to 45 min. Cool 30 min.
