Popovers

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Bake 6-muffin tin with oil ⅓ full (set on top of a pan) for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile mix
3 eggs
½ cup flour
½ cup milk
¼ tsp salt
After resting, fill hot muffin tins.
Bake for 20 minutes.
