Combine marinade ingredients:
1½ lbs flank steak
½ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup soy sauce
¼ cup red wine vinegar
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 glove garlic
¼ tsp pepper
Marinate in a large zip-lock bag for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
Grill 5 minutes on each side so it’s brown but still rare inside.
Slice steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
