Sherried Chicken Divan

6 cooked chicken breasts sliced
2 10 oz packages broccoli cooked
1/4 cup + 2 Tbs Parmesan cheese

Sauce:
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 Tbs sherry
salt & pepper

Stir flour into margarine in saucepan.
Add remainder of sauce ingredients and stir until thick.
Arrange broccoli in greased casserole dish.
Top with 1/2 of the sauce.
Layer with chicken slices.
Add 1/4 cup Parmesan to the sauce and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle 2 Tbs Parmesan on top.
Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
