Buttermilk Flapjacks

1 egg 1 cup flour
1 cup buttermilk 1 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs oil 1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda

Beat egg until fluffy.
Beat in rest of ingredients until smooth.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter on hot griddle.
When edges are brown; turn.
If no buttermilk; use 2/3 cup milk & 1/2 sour cream.
