3 avocados, mashed
1 tomato, peeled and seeded and chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs vinegar
2 Tbs corn oil
Pinch ground coriander
1 tsp salt
Combine and chill. Store with seed in dip to help keep it green.
Seems like I add fresh cilantro if available.
