Potato Casserole

Mix together and place in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan:
2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1½ cups grated Cheddar cheese

Add topping of :
2 cups corn flake crumbs
¼ cup melted butter

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
