Pepper Jelly

3 large thick peppers (red or green)
1/4 cup hot red peppers
6 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
1 bottle CERTO
red or green food coloring

Cut up and grind finely peppers.
Heat with sugar and vinegar.
Boil a few minutes.
Add CERTO and bring to a rolling boil for 1 min.
Strain finely and skim top.
Add food coloring and store in sterilized jar.
