Preheat oven 350 F
30 mushrooms medium size (1 & 1/2 lb)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (kraft)
2 Tbs chopped parsley
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp salt & 1/8 tsp pepper
Remove mushroom stems from caps, set aside. Chop stems.
In medium skillet, heat olive oil.
Add stems and garlic and sauté until tender, about 5 min.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Place caps on slightly oiled pan.
Fill each cavity with some bread crumb mixture.
Bake for 15 min.
Serve immediately or Freeze: Cool baked mushrooms and freeze
up to 3 months. To serve: unwrap mushrooms an place in
preheated oven 15 20 min.
