Pineapple Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Stir together 1 cup sugar
6 Tbs all-purpose flour
Gradually stir in 2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Add drained 2 20-oz cans pineapple chunks

Pour mixture into a prepared casserole dish.

In another bowl, combine 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs and
1 stick melted butter

Spread crumb mixture on top of pineapple mixture.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
