Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Blanch 3 bunches of broccoli in boiling water and drain.

Mix : 3 cans Campbell’s cheese soup
3 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Combine and place in greased casserole dish.

Crunch 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers with
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder over top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
