1 cup salad oil
2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp dry basil
2 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp each paprika & pepper
5 Tbs white wine vinegar
4 tsp lemon juice
2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced green onions (tops too)
In a large bowl, combine first 7 ingredients.
Beat with fork until blended.
Mix in onions and mushrooms.
Cover and marinate at room temperature, stirring
occasionally. Serves 8-12.
