Watercress à la Dennis

Bacon
Watercress
Green onions

For each portion of salad, chop 1 slice crisp cooled bacon
and 1 chopped green onion.
Toss with watercress: add dressing and toss again.

Dressing:
1 cup olive oil 1 tsp paprika
1/3 cup cider vinegar 1/4 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp white pepper 1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp horseradish 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbs sugar

Whip in large bowl with a piece of ice until completely
mixed. Serves 4-5.
