1 small pkg lime jello
1 cup boiling water
1 cup pear juice
1 1/2 Tbs lemon juice
1/8 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp salt
cream cheese
Roll cream cheese into balls (soften with cottage cheese).
Place tsp of cheese into each pear hole.
Place into small ring mold.
Mix all other ingredients and pour over pears in mold.
Set overnight.
