Corn Pudding

2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs flour
1 tsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 cup grated corn
margarine

Beat together the first four ingredients,
then add milk and grated corn.
Pour into greased baking dish, placing
small pieces of margarine on top.
Bake in a 350oF oven until it is the consistency
of thick custard, about 45 min. Serves 4.
