2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs flour
1 cup milk
2 Tbs oil
4 Tbs bread crumbs
some chopped onion and celery
Wash and prepare cabbage.
Cook 5-10 min. in boiling 1 cup of water.
Make white sauce and add cabbage.
Fill buttered baking dish.
Top with bread crumbs and dot with margarine.
Bake until brown in 350 F oven.
